The University of Illinois, known equally Illinois Industrial University, held its outset classes on March 2, 1868. The Student Life together with Culture Archives at the academy posted, "Reflections on Opening Day 150 years Ago - ii March 1868," written past times Gregory Behle, professor at The Master's University.
